It is a question of every mother: what should we give to our child so that our child not only eat the food but also it should be nutritious and good for the health? In this blog, Dr. Kanchankumar Bhagyawant, a leading pediatrician in Pune jotted down some delicious and healthy meals and how they should be given to their children.
Before we begin further, few important points to note down is that:
No force-feeding: Yes, you should not do force-feeding to your child because this will have a negative impact. Instead of being attracted to the food, your child may get distracted. Rather you should have some creative strategies to feed your child like our old grandma used to do, by forming a story or in a playful way.
Mealtimes should be happy times: Your child should enjoy them. You can make it awesome by implementing some cartoon designs in the food which your child likes.
Children should look forward to mealtimes: It is a very important point. Whatever food your child cooks and how it is cooked gets reflected in your child body and behavior hence make sure that you are cooking food in a happy mood and feeding it in a proper way
